I first-hand understand what clients go through on a fitness journey because I have been on at least two of my own in regards to weight loss. During that time I also needed an outlet for my career as a medical professional where I could be a part of the change necessary for individuals to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle that could minimize or eliminate the need for medical treatments through healthier eating regimens and exercise.
