Hello, I’m Jennifer and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer graduated from the University of Kentucky. Since becoming a personal trainer I’ve made my personal mission to keep learning and developing myself. I thrive on meeting new people and seeing not only their bodies change but also seeing them adapting to a healthier lifestyle has improved their mindset and life for the better. For me there is no bigger motivation for a trainer than seeing my clients happy and achieving their own personal goals while maintaining consistency.
