I am a Junior Exercise Science student at Rowan University, minoring in Sports Psychology, with a strong background in strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and yoga instruction (Vinyasa & Hatha). My passion lies in helping individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds achieve their fitness goals while improving their overall well-being. With experience in gyms, studios, private in-home settings, and adaptive fitness, I have worked with children, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, tailoring programs to fit their unique needs.
