hi everyone! Im coco, i currently have my bachelors in Exercise Science and am well versed in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. I have worked with clients ranging from 15 to 102 years of age. I also have a background in Rugby and Figure Skating training. During my free time, I love to go hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, ice skating, playing rugby and learning to surf.
