Biography

I started my fitness journey taking classes at my gym m OneLife Fitness in Bethesda. I took every class offered. I really liked Zumba and decided to be a Zumba instructor. got my certification as a Zumba teacher threw my own Zumba event and taught several glasses. Then I shifted to becoming a group fitness instructor at OneLife Fitness in Bethesda. I wasn't a group fitness instructor for long. I really wanted to work with people one on one with their fitness goals. at this time as well, I spent less time in classes and shifted my time in the weight room. I would get a lot of people asking me for advice on things such as how to do workouts and how I got the muscles I have. Another trainer at the gym talked me into getting my personal training certification. said that they need more female trainers. I received mine in 2021. Started working in the OneLife fitness in a Bethesda and then transferred to OneLife fitness in Germantown. Taught a lot of Teen and Health classes, teaching tweens and teens how to use the machine correctly, nutrition, body weight exercises and how to create own fitness program. I also help clients with weight loss, my senior citizens with maintaining muscle mass, and clients from all walks of life with their fitness goals. I received my nutrition coach certification in September 2023. I'm really passionate about Nutrition and always stress to my clients that Nutrition. is 80 % and 20% exercise. Really making sure that the clients follow through with proper nutrition in order to achieve their goals. Me personally I love bodybuilding and doing anything challenging in the gym. my favorite workouts are anythinf lower body. Squats and Lunges. I always stress with proper form when doing all workouts, making sure clients take the proper recovery time during sets, and challenging them during a workout.
