A former NFL combines attendee, college and semi-pro stand out football player, Kyle brings the mindset of an elite athlete and the knowledge that comes with many years of education and training. Over the years Kyle has worked hard at building and cultivating a pretty extensive clientele base with a few celebrity notables such as Reggae artist Shaggy, singer Olivia, female duo group Nina Sky, celebrity Chef JJ Johnson, comedian, and actress Franchesca Ramsey and many others. Kyle's talents also into training bikini/fitness/bodybuilding competitors alike, Kyle's style of training will push you past the limits you’ve set up in your mind - and transform your body in record time. Individual, group and online training sessions include core, calisthenics, weight training, boxing, agility, quickness, plyometrics, HITT, nutrition guidance and more. He is well versed in sport-specific training (football/track) and has trained women in pre and postnatal condition.
