I was diagnosed with a rare form of autism when I was 3 years old but despite this, I grew up with a dream of becoming a professional MLB ballplayer and still aspire to go for it although I'm 32 and advancing in age. Having been through school bullying and speech therapy, fitness gave me something positive to shoot for in how it was something I could do only for myself. I would work out from an average of 6-8 hours a day for five-six times a week but when bad things happened to me, my routine took a severe tool yet i overcame it by earning a bachelor's in exercise science from ODU and this past summer i earned seven certifications from NASM to really boost myself. No matter where a client comes from, I'm always gonna be there for a client no matter what day or time but for clients I always ask them to bring one critical weapon to their workout, HEART.
