My name is Steph and I am a NASM CPT specialising in functional fitness and nutrient-focused diet. My passion is rooted in helping others discover their own personal power by way of strength/muscle development, and fortifying their bodies with highly nutritious foods and mindful consumption.
I believe there is a formula for success no matter what your goals are, and as a coach it is my prerogative to aid you in applying your efforts to that process.
