Biography

I’m certified 200 HRS yoga instructor, aerobics instructor, personal trainer and I’m a pole dancer instructor. I’ve been teaching group and personal lessons for the past 5 years. I’m originally from Israel moved to Florida 3 years ago. I teach Alignment Yoga which focuses on how you do the pose by bringing awareness to your body. My goal is to help people become more aware of their body and connect mind and soul.
