Hey everyone! My name is Sarah Mandala and I am an ACSM Certified personal trainer. I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of San Francisco in 2011 and have been personal training ever since. During my time at USF I competed in D1 volleyball and went on to play for the USA team in Europe. What an experience that was! Being a long time athlete I have the skills and experience in the fitness world. My specialties, other than athletics, are helping my clients with weight loss, functional training, stretching and strength training. The best and most amazing part of personal training is creating a bond with each and every client and helping them achieve all their fitness goals! So let’s get started!
