My momma used to always say/ask, “what’s gonna make you different from every other person in your field?”Well let’s start with a genuine passion to help thy neighbor. Nothing is more gratifying then watching a client minimize body fat, increase strength, improve their quality of life and simply adopt the healthy lifestyle! But that “wasn’t enough”, so in addition to studying my B.s in Exercise Science, I had the pleasure of broadening my scope of practice in becoming an American Council on Exercise: Weight Management, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness, Behavior Change and Cancer Exercise Specialist. Furthermore, I can babble on about my Division 1 football career, extensive training expertise, and low body fat % but I am here to HELP and FOCUS on YOU. With that being said, whether you’re a baby boomer trying to fortify activities of daily life or a football player prepping for the pros, it would be my pleasure to help you maximize your efficiency and potential!
