For the last 6 years I have been studying different forms of working out. I originally began with body building then slowly migrated to a circuit style of workouts. As time progressed I slowly started to migrate the two types of workouts together. Fast forward a couple years later, I began studying endurance workouts in order to slim down. Since endurance workouts does not cause for heavy weights it gave me the idea to learn how to do workouts without leaving your house. These workouts consist of every day objects found in your house that all ages can do even with major past injuries.
