Nakisha Carter is a NASM certified personal trainer. She is currently working toward her next certification as a Nutrition Coach and is excited to assist her clients on their nutritional journeys as well.
Nakisha became a personal trainer after being a student athlete for the majority of her life and always having a passion for helping others.
She utilizes a wide variety of training styles including strength training, metabolic conditioning, and interval training.
Using the combination of these methods for each of her clients, assisting them in achieving their goals.
