Miguel Garcia is a personal trainer and weight loss
specialist dedicated to empowering human beings to
improve their lifestyle and fitness and achieves goals
through exercise, nutrition, and strength training. Around
the age of four, he began to suffer from a speech
impediment that caused lifelong trauma, anxiety, and
depression. In his mid 20's, I decided to stop playing the
victim in this world and take the bull by the horns by taking
care of himself physically and mentally, including
exercising. This became his cure; this became his identity.
Over a decade later, he leads others to take charge of their
lives through strength training, a healthy relationship with
food, and lifestyle habits.
