Hey hey! My name is Mike and I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years. Throughout my professional history, I have worked with a variety of clients. I have trained people ages 8 through 75, athletes and non-athletes, retired veterans, single parents, and many more. I believe fitness and nutrition are the only two methods of preventative healthcare that are equally accessible to everyone. I strive to leave a lasting, positive impact on all of my clients; helping them to lead healthier lives. My favorite types of training are HIIT, functional training, and "meat-and-potatoes" strength training.
