First and foremost, my biggest passion in this world is to make a positive impact on as many people's lives that I can! I an almost 10 year U.S. Navy submarine veteran. I've traveled a lot and have seen a decent amount of Asia, with many more countries to follow. I first started group and personal training when I was a Navy recruiter, leading group training for all of our recruits, as well as personal training for the ones who needed the extra help with weight loss. After I got out of the Navy my fitness journey was a personal one, up until last year, when I decided to start working on my personal trainer certification through ISSA. Initially, it was suppose to be a side hobby, but I love it so much that I decided to invest my future and career in what I love, helping people through fitness. Now I'm working on a Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology degree at Keiser U. I've seen, first-hand, the benefits of fitness from a mental, physical, health and social aspect!
