My name is Marlene, but please call me Kannel. I have always ben into sports and fitness. I played volleyball at a professional level, and I spent the majority on my free time either swimming or in the gym. My hobbie turned into a passion that has become my career. I specialize in strength training, weight training, functional training, conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training, High Interval training, ...and more. Also, my area of expertise are weigh loss, mass gain, toning, bodybuilding. With the right fitness and nutrition program, my clients see results within a 3 months period. For maximum results within six month and for a total body transformation 12 months. It is a journey that requires patience, consistency, discipline and hard work. Most important, it is a TEAM EFFORT!!! TEAM WORK!!! As long as we all do our part, MAGIC always happen under my watch. I always make my workouts different, fun and challenging at the same time.
