While growing up in California, I enjoyed a variety of physical activities including karate, tennis and soccer. As I progressed in my martial arts journey, I found my passion in kickboxing. I wants to help my clients reach their highest form of fitness by ensuring they receive a workout tailored to their individual needs and goals.
In my free time I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy training or coaching in all forms of martial arts along with resistance and conditioning training. Fun fact: I personally do every work out I write for my clients to be sure of its effectiveness.
