Kyle was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. Throughout his life experiences his goal is to always progress, making the best of all circumstances in pursuit of a happy, peaceful, and quintessentially, healthy existence. After discovering a spinal stress fracture at 18 years old heading off to play collegiate football, this outlook was truly tested. In the eighteen-month span leading up to diagnosing the fracture and returning to play he lost 60 lbs, twice. Kyle manned his own rehabilitation after the corrective surgery, becoming his first client as he entered the academic world of Kinesiology. During this fresh start he discovered his passion for helping others progress and grow through their physical barriers, as well as the intertwined mental and spiritual hurdles as people unlock their true potential.
