I am an all around health enthusiast and nutrition expert. Growing up I played every sport imaginable, but still battled personally with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Trying to figure out what that meant for me shaped my true passion and where I am today. I graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Science with a focus on nutrition. After graduation I attended an immersive weight-loss facility, where I lost 30lbs., and have kept that and an extra 10lbs. off for over ten years. Like most things, I view training with a scientific approach focusing on all systems of the body with a combination of cardio, weight training, flexibility, balance and agility. I love implementing supersets of body weight exercises, plyometrics and functional training movements, as well as high intensity strength training and interval training to get the heart rate up while exhausting muscles. I also absolutely live for nutrition, and am a certified nutritional consultant and coach. Nutrition, to me, is all about what will work for each individual, and that the best plan is one that a client will stick to. I truly thrive for this and bring my enthusiasm, knowledge, experience and excitement to every client.
