I want to share some things with you about myself and my journey to show you that although I am young, I found at a young age a path for my life in which I could help you.
Ever since I was very young I was always very active, but as I got older and experienced different hardships of life, I began to question if health was all there was too feeling fulfillment.
But first, in order to expand your vision and action for your life, you do have to be healthy and strong, otherwise it's difficult to achieve a bigger dream.
Whether you want to become stronger, lose weight, or increase your physical performance, the bottok line is that your looking to improve yourself and your health.
I use a variety of training methods in which I have learned from various sources to open and strengthen the body, and improve blood and energy circulation.
I combine cardiovascular training, strength training, stretching, and some energy and meditation training.
