Hi there, nice to meet you. My name is Gwen, and I’ve been training one on one for 4 years now. Coming from a sports background, Fitness has always been a major part of my life, from training to throwing the javelin, weight, and hammer in college to now competing on a stage for Figure Bodybuilding competitions. My involvement in sports lead me to this career, where now I can share my passion with others who are looking to take a step into the world of health and fitness. It doesn’t matter if you’re an athlete, teacher, CEO or a MTA conductor, everyone can train like an athlete. And that means helping you move and function at your best; all while giving you the tools you need to help you reach your ultimate goal. I use circuit training and Kettlebell flows to help my clients constantly improve and sustain their health over the long term. My approach to fitness has not only resulted in clients reaching their goals, but also help them in making the life choices they need to continue their success. Through consistency and education, my objective is to not only have my clients reach their goals, but gain the understanding and knowledge they need in order to maintain and continue their fitness journey.
