At a very young age, I grew a strong passion towards health and fitness. I spent most of my youth as a softball player, coach, and umpire, I was immersed in an active lifestyle revolved around sports and exercise. I wanted to perform to the best of my ability so I enveloped my own conditioning and nutritional habits. This passion along with the awareness of many injuries in sports, led me to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. I have a strong desire for helping others especially when it comes to meeting their goals in their life, while adapting healthy behaviors. I love working with all ages and fitness levels and believe I can help anyone whether it’s strength training, weight loss, or injury prevention. I want to help show others that fitness and health does not have to be as difficult as many perceive it to be. You can reach your goals while having fun too!
