After sporting the overweight lifestyle for 16 years I decided to call it quits. Thereafter, I got hired by a maximum wage vision and started working immediately. The first day consisted of nourishing the mind with nutrient dense textbooks. The second day saw me apply the principles at the gym, the kitchen, and the mattress. The third day was refining the process until I was shedding the excess body fat, limited range of motion, and dogging mental insecurities. 18 years later and I’ve slipped into a strength generating musculature, pinching at 10% body fat, and the heart rate variability of a professional athlete.
The gym is a lift laboratory where I discovered my physical edges, where exercise styles were tested, and where I assayed the integrity of my inner metal. In short, the Iron is an indispensable tool for reinvention, used to carve inwards, to the statue posing within. My role as a Personal Trainer is to invigorate others to lift themselves out of the shadow of health and guide them onto the podium of health itself. A new look, a new feel, a trained winner!
