Darius was very enjoyable to work with. He was pleasant, professional, punctual, easy to communicate with, organized, thorough, and knew how to push me enough to help me achieve my goals. I had weekly sessions with Darius and during each session I sweat more than ever before, even though I was only weight lifting and in a cool basement. Darius was very knowledgeable about how to perform the exercises correctly, how to adjust them if necessary, and how each exercise worked. He would write out a complete workout plan for the whole week and our session would go through all the exercises to ensure that I could do them correctly and was prepared for the upcoming week's workout routine. We did a lot of leg exercises and by the end my thighs had grown so much that I could barely fit into some tighter-fitting pants that I had. I enjoyed my training sessions with Darius and am grateful that we got to work together and that I was able to learn from him.
