Dara was born and raised in North Carolina. She has been involved in team sports since she was a child. In college, Dara studying pre-medicine and was the captain of the women's rugby team. Dara began coaching rugby and became a certified yoga instructor after college. In the past year, she has lost 30 pounds following her own fitness and food plans. Her success and new dedication to an active lifestyle inspired Dara to become a certified personal trainer. Dara enjoys both the high energy levels of weight lifting as well as the peacefulness of a yin yoga class.
