Hi, my name is Antwan Henry, I have been working with children and families as an advocator for 18 years. I Began to teach families the importance of health and wellness which began my fitness journey. Often time I would work on meal prep for families that were eating unbalance diet. By tweaking some of the bad habits I began to see a change in their health and body weight. During this process, clients would do various routines to build strength. I began to take what I examine and used what I know on athletes at local highschool and colleges. My journey has been very rewarding thought their transformation process. I believe that everyone deserves a fit and healthy life. Lets work together to transform yours.
