Ande is a fantastic. She has been training me in my home for over 6 months. Ande quickly adapted to my level of fitness and helped me set goals - and keeps me accountable to achieving them. Further, Ande has the experience and creativity to continually change up my workout routines - utilizing free weights, body weights, bands, pull up bar, agility drills, etc. to keep things fresh. Always on time (3 days a week at 6:00 AM), always positive, continually pushing me to improve - I highly recommend Ande as a personal trainer.
