Kwasi was born in West Africa Ghana and moved up to Maryland when he was 15 years old. As an active individual, he incorporated himself in sports. He played soccer and run track & field. He leads his team to the state championship 3A West for track &field and won several relay championship in Washington County district. He excelled in soccer and made it to the All-Star game in Washington County and won the best athlete 3 consecutive years in a row. He then transferred to Hagerstown Community College and played soccer for 2 years. After that, he transferred to Frostburg State University to get his degree in Kinesiology and played Rugby while maintaining a 3.35 GPA. He got into clubs such as Pre-professional Medical Society and soccer intramurals. He helped with the athletes at F.S.U coaches with explosive performance workouts and using the right body mechanics. He has an extensive background on the physiology and biomechanics of the human body. Before graduating he did an internship at the YMCA in Hagerstown MD where he helped and taught group classes(intense body sculpture), providing testing exercise prescription, providing programs for individuals including endurance, flexibility, and hypertrophy. He also helped with the rehabilitative and quality of life for a senior citizen with Parkinson's disease. Kwasi sees opportunity in every individual and would work with each individual to reach their optimum fitness. I chose SVETNESS because it aligns with my philosophy of personal training of different group ranges to work with. This would keep me on my feet and make me learn different aspects and perspective with what I have already learned.
