  • Charles is the BEST! I have had a number of trainers over the years and am a pretty avid exerciser on my own so it takes a lot for me to feel engaged and challenged. And Charles does just that. He is absolutely the best trainer I've ever had. Each session is challenging and interesting - the time actually flies by, which is not something I ever say about exercise. I honestly couldn't be happier with the progress I've made in my fitness journey with Charles' help, encouragement, and support!

  • I have been a member of Svetness for over a year. As a woman in my 50's I was not interested in sweaty gyms or loud, high-paced classes at a rec center. Having a trainer come to my home has been an excellent experience. The process started with a free intake interview to determine my needs and match them to a trainer. I've had two excellent trainers. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive to my need for adaptation due to physical challenges. They have been flexible and communicative about scheduling, and will bring equipment if you don't have any. I have also been very pleased with the company itself. They are responsive to questions and were flexible in allowing a temporary suspension for some physical therapy. This program has been effective and a good value for the money. I recommend Svetness Personal Training to anyone looking for individual attention or special needs from a professional trainer.

  • I had the good fortune of meeting Andre at my gym and discussed personal training with him. We set up a training schedule as well as a diet plan. I have worked with personal trainers in the past and knew a little about form and training exercises. If you want a trainer who is "no nonsense", focused, not a "shouter", and will push you beyond what you feel you can do, then Andre is the trainer you need to work with. I highly recommend Andre to any individual who is serious about their training, training results and diet lifestyle.

  • Charles is AMAZING and always convenient!! He makes working out not only fun but also an escape from the real world!! He not only shows how it's done he also educate you on what muscles you are working out and why that exercise is important at that time! I would highly recommend Charles services!

  • I recently started training with Sal and am already stronger ! He is very encouraging and is taking a wholistic approach including diet, exercise, and giving me great advice . As someone with a number of previous injuries, I find him very helpful in how to protect and strengthen those areas .

  • I love training with Allison. She is positive, encouraging and motivating. She knows which exercises target specific areas of the body, and she's designed a varied and challenging fitness program to help me meet my goals. She pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do while being consistently patient and positive. I feel comfortable trying new exercises even if I don't get them right or look ridiculous. I never thought I'd be able to do some of the exercises that Allison has me doing! I know I'm stronger now than when I started. She's a great trainer and I highly recommend her.

  • Allison is the right trainer for me, an 83 year-old woman in good shape (post-two new hips) who intends to remain so. I've had trainers before from Svetness who were good in keeping limber, but after about six months with me in 2018, Allison set out explicit goals by the end of 2019 that relate to limber, strength, flexibility, balance and persistence. She is tough. She is stretching me....but she is keeping me on track. Life is good.

  • Awesome trainer who has met my goals now for over 8 months. We discussed my goals and how to meet them using calisthenics only. I have been super satisfied with my results with us using my local park to use the equipment they have and High Intensity-Interval Training(HIIT). He watches me like a hawk to make sure my form is good so that I get the most out of each exercise and pushes me when I need it. Through progression I am meeting my goals of becoming fitter and leaner. Took a chance and it’s more than paid off in results.

  • I have had Georgi push me incredibly hard while making it worthwhile and motivating me during the effort. The reason someone hires a trainer is to make sure you take your workout further then you would take yourself while keeping you from injuring your body. All this while holding yourself accountable for goals to push results makes this the most effective way to accomplish getting fit.

  • Trained with Svet for years. Saw the results and trained to win an amateur fitness race at the beach. The cardio increase was much appreciated and the workout seemed like it was pushing me while not being a chore. Makes you think while training and helps you hold yourself accountable.

  • I love working out with Ildiko, she is patient, knowledgeable, organized, seriouse about her job and caring. She even saty longer to finish my work out for the day. Every question that I ask her, she spends time and do research to find me the best answer. She is a great health mentor as well. I’m learning a lot from her. She is always available to respond to my questions. I highly recommend her.

  • My job can be very stressful & I had allowed myself to get really out of shape. So, last summer, I decided to find a personal trainer who would not only motivate me but to push me to put myself first, instead of always saying to myself “I will work out tomorrow…I will eat better tomorrow…One day won’t make me fat”. I researched several trainers and found Svetness personal training company. They assigned Daniel as my personal trainer. By far Daniel is the most professional, realistic and down to earth. He does not blow the “smoke” many trainers do, he also is the only trainer (and he is my 3rd…from the same company) who explains proper form and method behind his training. Best part, he is very very friendly and fun to work with :). Since working with Daniel, I feel very energetic and motivated. and I feel lot stronger than I used to be. If not for Daniel, I would absolutely be so stressed from work that I would be miserable (also fact that i am expecting my first child in couple of months), but thanks to Daniel, I can leave that from my mind! If you are thinking of going to a trainer, I cannot recommend Daniel enough, he is worth every penny and more! Do yourself a favor and call Svetness today and ask for Daniel!”

  • I've been training with Ildiko a few months now and she's honestly the best thing that happened on my fitness journey. She's considerate to certain pain points I have in my body, but always pushes me just enough to try harder and be better. Ildiko's attention to detail is also fantastic -- the number of times she's told me to change how I stand or hold something to get maximum effects is countless.
